General Assembly
Following its constitution, COTEC holds a General Assembly once a year.
The General Assembly is preceded by a Governance Day where issues relevant for COTEC and its members are explained and discussed.
General Assembly agenda and papers are only accessible for Members and can be found on the Members Area of this website.

The 14th General Assembly will be held in Bucharest, Romania.

The 11th COTEC General Assembly (2023) was held in Ljubljana, Slovenia on the 21st October, 2023 with the Governance Day taking place the day before – 20th October, 2023. The minutes of the General Assembly can be found here
The 12th General Assembly (2024) will take place in Krakow, Poland on the 20th October, 2024. More details will follow soon.

MINUTES EXECUTIVE INTERIM MEETINGS
The COTEC Executive Committee usually holds 3 Interim Meeting per annum, one of which is associated with the General Assembly. The Interim Meetings usually are spread on 2 full days, and may take place in a face-to-face or virtual format.
The minutes of these Interim Meetings are made available to all Members in this section.
