The COTEC CPD Award provides European Occupational Therapy practitioners with the opportunity to attend CPD events that support professional growth, foster the exchange of best practices, and strengthen Occupational Therapy across Europe.
The award covers the full registration fee for the selected CPD event up to €500 per person (travel, accommodation, and meals are not covered).
Applicants must:
- Be a member of their National Occupational Therapists Association, which must be a member of COTEC.
- Be working primarily (more than 50% of working hours) as an Occupational Therapy practitioner.
- Demonstrate how the CPD event will contribute to their professional development and to Occupational Therapy within their community.
- Confirm that no other funding is available for their participation.
Two referees are required:
- A representative from your National Occupational Therapist Association confirming you are in good standing.
- Your current employer or an Occupational Therapist colleague supporting your application.
Note: Each applicant will be required to nominate the two referees who will automatically be contacted from our end to send their feedback. It is recommended that the applicant informs the referee when the application is submitted, as the automatic email may sometimes be forwarded to the SPAM/JUNK folder.
